I found the presentation very informative. I liked the definitions and distinctions that the presenter made for Efficacy, Effectiveness and Efficiency. Also, the subtle differences between Quality Control, Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance were teased out and were very helpful. Thanks Nizar Wehbi
