Professionalism deals with the development, monitoring, and maintenance of procedures to ensure that the needs of professional staff are met. Ethics includes identifying, monitoring, and disseminating codes of professional conduct; understanding the implications of ethical decisions, providing procedures to monitor standards of behavior within the organization; and determining, maintaining, and monitoring accountability procedures.

Did anyone feel the answer to the question on the purpose of a living will is incorrect ? it states the purpose is  a) to establish laws that define when life support measures are futile.

I think the correct answer is b) allows persons unable to communicate with caregivers to express their wishes about the extent of treatment they with to have applied.

Please clarify the correct option for living will, there apparantly is some controversy of it being legal more than it being a moral will.
