Stark Laws

In my current organization, there is a lot of talk about Stark Laws. In fear of breaking the law, we limit information or share cryptic information with the medical colleges in which we work closely.
Does anyone have any insight as to what kind of information can be shared between hospitals and the medical colleges that employ the physicians? I am also interested in any reference materials on the subject matter. |
