Anyone have experience with the STARK relaxation law in regard to providing 85% discount of SW/services to independent physicians? We have started this and used the same structured contract as we did previously with a 75% discount. We went less just in case we were audited and made unintentional mistakes we would have some cushion. So far so good. The biggest concern I have is that the laws will change again (which it will) and trying to keep pace with the regs.
