Our facility allows for physician, nurse, and pharmacist recruitment beginning 30 days prior to employee's last day as reported on their resignation documents.

Recruiting and hiring new physicians can take months to over a year given that physicians finish training in only in June, new state licenses can take months to acquire, and insurance credentialing can be slow. Relocating or hiring local physicians can be done much quicker.
