Given the recent press on Sustainability Initiatives in Healthcare, interested to find examples of how a HCO has incorporated Sustainability/Triple Bottom Line messaging into their Recruitment & Retention strategies?   

If incorporated, has it been successful?  How are you measuring?

Recruitment of any position, I believe some people call it Chemistry; I call it a communication style, which should not be the most important elements for our leader to serve for the recruitment. The key, or the difficulty is any of us to have the ability to discover the person’s shining spot that could and would serve the position. Chemical is important, but it all dependent on the environment, and a person’s inner potential.
