My Inner View Employee Satisfaction Results

I thought I would share my results with the group.  My comapnay utilizes MYINNERVIEW for both customer and employee satsifaction survey.  My overall emplaoyee safisfaction score fell 4 points from last years survey and overall management score fell 4 points as well.  As I looked over the report I discovered that there was no way to discern which management that that staff was displeased with (administrator or DON) this concerns me because I cannot drill down into a problem if I do not know where it exists.  I also fell into a transition period where I was the administrtor for only 5 months before the survey. Does anyone else use myinnerview and has experienced this?

My organization is in the first year of working with Gallup (previously used Gantz-Wiley/Kenexa). The focus of the new assessment/survey tool has shifted from employee satisfaction to employee engagement (a trend that growing in healthcare as well as other service industries). A key goal of the change is the focus on creating an engaged culture. Gallup will assist in developing action plans that address opportunities/deficiencies from the survey. I'm very anxious to see how the process works and if we are able to get traction on driving culture change.
