If an organization took on $100,000 in long term debt, and had a net income of $50,000 at the end of the year, please explain why the cash balance could not be $150,000. HR Recruitment Outsourcing
Posted by: Armando DelToro at 5:18PM EST on September 10, 2008

Our organization requires that managers utilize our internal recruitment team for hiring, even if we have determined there are no qualified internal candidates. In these instances, I have found that our internal recruitment department has not done a good job searching for, and bringing in good external candidates. I have requested the use of an external recruitment agency that specializes in health care and managed care, with no success. Has anyone had to try and recruit with similar limitations and what, if any, suggestions does anyone have regarding a good sales pitch for the use of external recruitment agencies?

Has anyone utilized the techniques mentioned in the slide presentation to forecast patient volumes (Delphi / Delbecq techniques, PERT analysis, time series models, etc...)?  If so, which method do you feel is the most accurate in determining future volumes?  Do any of these methods tie in market penetration factors?
