I have not received prometrics test registration yet, when will i get the packet? I am planning to sit for the computer test in Dec or January. Pls advise

Are reference materials (i.e. notes & text books) permissible when taking the BOG exam?

I've heard that the text, "The Well-Managed Community Hospital", by John Griffith is the best reference for the BOG. But I was given his latest "The Well-Managed Healthcare Organization", as part of the tutorial last year. Can anybody tell me which book to study? (I will be taking the test in December) Thanks.
