Not sure if people are still active on the online community but I am catching up on the Healthcare Part II slides and would appreciate your feedback. 

The speaker references Barton, Chapter 9, which I don’t have a copy of in the reading material.  In addition, on slide 3 on Organized Physician Services, he references Fig 8.2, pg 287 for Physician Credentialing process.  When I looked it up in the book, it is actually in Ch 6, pg 212.  There are several examples where the references do not match Griffith and I was wondering if he is referring to another edition as we were given the 6^th edition.

In reviewing the practice questions for Finance, I noticed 2 errors in the References for questions 9 and 23.  The answers are correct but the reference pages in Griffith & White should be pg 419 and 421, respectively.

Also, I would like to hear from people who took the BOG exam previously, how much emphasis is place on the ratios and knowing the formulas for each?

Was reviewing the finance slides and I have a question about the Breakeven Analysis.  The speaker indicates that Zero Profit is the point when fixed costs equal revenue. Can someone explain to me why Variable Costs are not factored into the analysis?
