Due to the large number of e-mail, website, and blogs, how does an organization capitalize on the thess to create comprehensive extensive communication plan in HCO?

We have a medical ethics committee that meets quarterly or more frequently as needed. The membership includes: 2 board members, hospital attorney, VP of Medical Affairs, COO, Chaplain, representatives of the nursing department and 2 members from the community. The membership obligation is 1 year minimum.
